FPC多层板芯板积层法工艺


多层FPC所谓(wei)的(de)"芯板(ban)"积(ji)层法(fa)生(sheng)产工艺技(ji)术,实质上是采用了两种FPC制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)技(ji)术(常(chang)规技(ji)术制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)“芯板(ban)”,和多层芯板(ban)积(ji)层法(fa)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)外围(wei)层板(ban))或两种密度的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)方法(fa)。因此,随(sui)着(zhe)科技(ji)的(de)进步,必(bi)然会产生(sheng)出全由(you)更高密度制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)方法(fa)来生(sheng)产多层阻抗线(xian)路板(ban)。这(zhei)就是柔(rou)性线(xian)路板(ban)厂家今天要介绍的(de)无(wu)“芯板(ban)”FPC的(de)方法(fa),也就是俗称的(de)多层芯板(ban)积(ji)层法(fa)。


目前(qian)大(da)多(duo)数(shu)制造FPC多(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)(shi)采(cai)用有“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”结构来(lai)(lai)实现更(geng)(geng)高密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)化层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)间互连(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。这种多(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)法(fa)是(shi)(shi)采(cai)用常(chang)规生产(chan)高密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)阻抗板(ban)(ban)或前(qian)沿(yan)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)FPC板(ban)(ban)作为(wei)“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。然后在(zai)“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一面或双面再积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)上1至(zhi)4层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)更(geng)(geng)高密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)间电(dian)气(qi)互连(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)电(dian)路板(ban)(ban)。也就是(shi)(shi)说,在(zai)“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”中,层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)间电(dian)气(qi)互连(lian)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du),尽(jin)管它可(ke)能是(shi)(shi)常(chang)规生产(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)或前(qian)沿(yan)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)多(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)线(xian)(xian)路板(ban)(ban),但是(shi)(shi)比起积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)法(fa)在(zai)“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”上再积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1至(zhi)4层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)来(lai)(lai)说,其层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)间互连(lian)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)相对(dui)低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),一般要(yao)低(di)三倍以上。但是(shi)(shi)这个积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)式“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)存在(zai)也是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),它起着或决定(ding)着fpc的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本刚性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)平整度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用。同时,对(dui)于(yu)大(da)多(duo)数(shu)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)线(xian)(xian)路板(ban)(ban)厂来(lai)(lai)说,可(ke)以充分(fen)利用现有而又十(shi)分(fen)成熟的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)FPC生产(chan)工(gong)艺(yi)和(he)设备(bei)来(lai)(lai)生产(chan)“芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)”和(he)高密(mi)(mi)(mi)度(du)(du)(du)盲(mang)埋(mai)孔线(xian)(xian)路板(ban)(ban)板(ban)(ban),因而也易(yi)于(yu)被接受。更(geng)(geng)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),这样做法(fa)也能满(man)足电(dian)子元件(jian)集成度(du)(du)(du)和(he)组装技术不断进步过程中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。这就是(shi)(shi)目前(qian)多(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)线(xian)(xian)路板(ban)(ban)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一大(da)类的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制造方(fang)法(fa)。


所以(yi)多(duo)(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)FPC芯板(ban)(ban)(ban)积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)法(fa)和制造多(duo)(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)阻抗(kang)线路板(ban)(ban)(ban)的"芯板(ban)(ban)(ban)"技术,从本质(zhi)上来讲它是(shi)由常(chang)规生产高密(mi)度多(duo)(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)阻抗(kang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)走向更(geng)(甚(shen))高密(mi)度的一种过渡(du)性FPC线路板(ban)(ban)(ban)。很显(xian)然,这种过渡(du)性时(shi)期的多(duo)(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)芯板(ban)(ban)(ban)积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)法(fa),对于整(zheng)(zheng)个(ge)深圳FPC多(duo)(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)工业甚(shen)至整(zheng)(zheng)个(ge)线路板(ban)(ban)(ban)工业来说是(shi)必要(yao)(yao)的、重要(yao)(yao)的。因此(ci),多(duo)(duo)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)芯板(ban)(ban)(ban)积(ji)(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)法(fa)在今(jin)后一段时(shi)间(jian)内(nei)仍然是(shi)制造高密(mi)度盲埋(mai)孔线路板(ban)(ban)(ban)的制造商(shang)的重要(yao)(yao)发展(zhan)方向。
